          Jana has over 17+ years of strong experimental experience in the IT industry. He is currently Program Director & Delivery Manager for one of the big MNC IT companies. He has served in multiple MNC companies, across many domains, geographies and multiple business clients. His prior roles included Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, Client Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Project Manager, Technical SME, and many others. 

He has successfully delivered Complex Digital Transformation programs, Large Modernization programs & Strategic Migration programs, worth upto $ 20 million, and managed team sizes of upto 370.

          He currently contributes towards account revenue growth, business sales, customer engagements, strategy planning, and manage overall delivery. Other key initiatives include – improving customer experience and delivery effectiveness.
